Mike Mansfield is a native Nebraskan, born in the small rural community of Spalding. After studying at the Berkley College of Music in Boston he moved to Lincoln, NE, where he co-founded a rock band dedicated to doing original material. It was during this period, '78 - '79, that most of the material on Sojourn manifested. Mike currently resides in Santa Fe, NM.
