This piece in waltz time was Frank’s favorite – and perhaps his most challenging – composition.  It’s based on the blues but expands upon the basic blues form by adding additional measures.  Thomas’ vibes solo features a 4/4 pattern of phrases imposed over the 3/4  meter of the song. -- Paul
